Just when I realise, another year has passed by and we are all getting ready to usher into a brand new year in no time.

2009 is one memorable year to me. Be it family matters, relationship, work, friends… you name it!

2009 Highlight #1-Weddings!

Firstly, I had my first friend getting wedded! :D

 The wedding, is the highlight of all highlights of the year. Mei is the first among all of us to be ready to enter into the other phase of life- building a brand new family with Alexander. Congrats!! :)

2009 Highlight #2-Activities!

Chelsea finally got out of the house to do some outdoor activities. It was jungle trekking with a group of colleagues, then I went sky trex with Alex and David.

2009 Highlight #3-Birthdays!

Miss Choong number 2 turning 21 with a modest birthday celebration with the Choongs :) And I had a BIG hole in my pocket after that…. GRrrr!

I had one modest dinner with the family too for my 24th, and a pleasant surprise from a friend :)

2009 Highlight #4-Relationship!

Oh ya! I have once again gained my freedom as a single :DDD Okayyy, fine!! Not that I am very proud of it but it is no matter what, something which happened in 2009.

2009 Highlight #5-Work!

In 2009, I took a turn in work too. I was transferred into another new department with a brand new job scope.

2009 Highlight #6

And because of that turn, it made PKMC another highlight of the year! I made lots of new friends there. Fun? Sure I had!

I had a fun year meeting new friends, doing crazy stuff and not forgetting, learning a whole new meaning about life. I hope 2009 treated you well too but nevertheless, a very “HAPPY NEW YEAR” to all of you! 

Earlier, I made a list of vows for 2009 which never seemed to be realised until today. Thus I my vow for 2010 will be kept simple- to organise all the unorganised (Chelsea, 2010a).

Like many of you I was very saddened by the news that Brittany Murphy died early Sunday morning due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 32.

Of late, I got to know lots who dies due to cardiac complications. Having a frail of heart at home, freaks me out!

What would you normally do when you had a shity day at work while nobody is going to understand what you’re going through?

But the bomb was from Alex. He said

I go home I take a comfortable long shower, make myself a hot cup of beverage, on air cond, play jazz music and read a book or just close my eyes and forget about today. Because today is over!

Now you know why I love you, Alex! :D Thank you, all!!!

When I woke up this morning, I was told that Chelsea won the Community Shield over from Man Utd. Made my day! *hooray!!*

While carrying Module 1 along with the FAST and RENTAS rules to the table, I saw a parcel on the dining table with my name on it! I was still at blur at that time but I was VERYyy excited!!! *rubs eye to see clearly*

Is that for me?

A present?

From who?

What’s  the occassion?

Why mum didn’t inform me about anything?

Is it REALLY for me?

Numerous questions I was asking myself before I could really calm down to open the parcel.

Then, to make sure that this parcel was for me, I opened my eyes big big and look at the receiver’s name!

Ms. Chelsea Choong!

- betul-larr! It is for ME!!!!! XD *jumps excitedly*

Next question… Who is it from…??? And I found a card in there! True enough… It is a birthday gift for me!! *woots*

But as I open the card, only to realise the sender didn’t pen down its name! =.=” *kills my excitement* So, I quickly checked on the parcel leaflet earlier to see if I could trace details of the sender. No name.. :( but I do know it came from Sarawak- Sibu to be exact! First name that came to mind- Ms. BFF Hui. Dialled her number immediately and concluded it was her!

Her reply was…. “Not me-larr. I didn’t do anything.” Aihs! I don’t have many friends from Sibu whom I can think of that will do such a thing for me…..

Anyways, I proceeded to open the present…. Guess what???

Anna Sui’s Flight of Fancy!!!!

Whoa! You have no idea how ecstatic I was when I saw that. After all, it’s the thought that counts. But this friend, got me a perfume!!! (^_^) I was sooooo overjoyed that I texted Min immediately and told her about it as she is a Anna Sui scent collector herself. Still cannot digest it. Who on earth? With such lovely thoughts?

Finally! Some one possible came to thought. He is the only possible person left in my list. I have a bunch of friends from Kuching which would be a longer list to eliminate… but Sibu, I figured I could tell who! ;) *winks* So, I was happily motivated with my books for the day and am proud to annouce that I am officially done with Module 1 today!!! :D I will start with Module 2 tomorrow!!! 

So dear friend, your present just made me smiled for the beginning of an eventful year ahead of me and I know it is only the beginning to many which is in stored for me! Thanks for everything, I can never thank you enough! (you know who you are!)

p/s: however was disappointed with the unpromising weather at the later part of the day :( Fei and I were supposed to meet up with our cousins at SS2 for a pasar malam outing. The downpour failed us! *sobs*

#1 I will be sitting for my PKM exams hence I will be busy studying despite clearing 12 days of annual leave in a single month!

#2 I will be turning 24. A sign of getting old! :(

#3 Min will be turning 21- meaning a hole will be burnt in my pocket!

#4 I will be officially on my second month of my 6 months shopping ban.

#5 The country will be celebrating its 52nd Merdeka! A long weekend!!!! :D

#6 I am still on working on MUSINGS~’ layout :)
